Toronto 3-Day Itinerary: Day One

Winter Stations at Woodbine Beach

Address: 1675 Lake Shore Boulevard E.

The beach calls – even in freezing temperatures. That’s what makes Winter Stations so special!

This single-stage international design competition takes place in Toronto every year. The goal of it all is to come up with modern art installations that incorporate the existing lifeguard towers that aren’t in use during the winter.

You’ll find the winning masterpieces featured at Woodbine beach from February 21 to March 31, 2022. Trust us when we say that art will make a great start to your Toronto 3-day itinerary.

Who says you can’t enjoy some beach time in the winter?

Distillery District

Address: 55 Mill St, Toronto, ON

You can count on it that The Distillery District always has magical lighting, and the photos taken here never fail to prove that!

This little village is such a fantastic mix of 19th-century structures and modern culture – you’d totally be missing out if you don’t add it to your Toronto 3-day itinerary. Drop by this place after stocking up on some munchies-inducing pre-rolls like Blue Iguana or Pacific OG and then treat yourself to the best coffee and pastries in town.

After you’ve made your tummy happy, you deserve to grab some stylish finds at their one-of-a-kind boutiques. There are over 40 of them, so get ready to do some heavy shopping.

Nathan Phillips Square

Address: 100 Queen St W, Toronto, ON

End teh first day of your Toronto 3-day itinerary with some ice skating at Nathan Phillips Square! This rink is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Whether you know how to skate or not, spending some time on the ice will always feel liberating. Only 25 people at a time are allowed on the rink – so even if you fall, you can rest assured not many people will remember it anyway.

Oh, and don’t forget to snap a photo with the iconic Toronto sign.

Toronto 3-Day Itinerary: Day Two

St. Lawrence Market

Address: 93 Front St E, Toronto, ON

Day two of this Toronto 3-day itinerary is all about nature and fresh finds! And it kicks off with a visit to St. Lawrence Market.

This place is more than just a market, it embodies 200 years of Canadian history that’s definitely worth seeing. The vendors, merchants, and artisans at this place are well-known for their authenticity and truly incredible products. If you’re a bit of a history buff, you can even book a 90-minute tour to complete the experience.

Don’t forget to light up beforehand, you’ll want an appetite for all the delicious finds!

Riverdale Park East

Address: 550 Broadview Ave, Toronto, ON

The adventures of your Toronto 3-day itinerary continue at Riverdale Park East! It’s the perfect place for some lit tobogganing – which is always a good idea. You should definitely take advantage of the opportunity while the snow is still here.

After that, relax and take in the breathtaking view of the downtown Toronto skyline as you snack on the treats you picked up from the market earlier in the day.

Evergreen Brick Works

Address: 550 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON

Your trip to Riverdale is going to be a walk in the park (see what we did there?) compared to your visit to Evergreen Brick Works. You guessed it right, friends. The next destination on our Toronto 3-day itinerary involves some winter hiking – so you can see just how high you can go.

Discover the beauty of Toronto’s ravine system, the largest of any major city. Along the way, you’ll learn all about the history of the surrounding neighbourhoods and maybe spot some wildlife, too!

Toronto 3-Day Itinerary: Day Three

RC Harris Water Treatment Plant

You’re bound to have heard of the beauty of the Scarborough Bluffs – and it’s even more mesmerizing in the wintertime.
