Refund & Exchange Policy

1 · Who & When We Accept Returns

Returns / exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase or delivery and include the original receipt plus intact packaging / labels.

2 · Eligible Reasons We Accept

  • Health Canada recall — any SKU / LOT on an official notice
  • Defective products
    • Moldy or insect-infested cannabis (majority contents intact)
    • Container empty / NO cannabis residue (reported within 1 hour)
    • Cartridge / disposable no-draw, short, or leak (≥ 75 % fill, confirmed on store battery)
  • Wrong item shipped / sold by us — unopened always returnable; opened if our error
  • Transit damage

3 · Not Eligible We Can’t Accept

  • Opened cannabis that is not defective
  • Clearance items, gift cards, hazardous / flammable goods
  • Customer-selected wrong product (opened)
  • Standard & express delivery fees (service already completed)

4 · How to Return — In-Store Purchases

  1. Bring the item, receipt, and packaging to any Smokey’s location.
  2. Our budtender inspects against the criteria above.
  3. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks can take up to 10 business days to post the credit.

5 · How to Return — Delivery Orders

Step 1 — Email Approval (required)

 

Email high@getsmokeys.com within 48 hours. Include your order #, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). We reply within one business day.

 

Step 2 — Choose Your Solution

  • Free in-store exchange — bring the approved item to any store.
  • Driver-pickup exchange (next delivery)
    • Add the replacement item to your next order.
    • Our driver collects the faulty item and hands you the replacement.
    • No standard delivery return fee.
  • Driver-pickup refund
    • Pay the standard return fee $4.99 for pickup.
    • We refund the product value after inspection.

Original standard and express delivery fees are non-refundable.
